SiSú Juice Company -
Dublin, Ireland
I had the wonderful opportunity to be a marketing intern for a small juice company in Ireland. I completed a two month internship with SiSú, a Dublin based juice and wellness brand. I managed social media content, promoted in-store tastings, and collaborated with partner cafés and retailers on joint campaigns. My design work ranged from posters, stickers, and tasting pamphlets to B2B materials like bank statements and business reference charts on SKU, dimensions, price etc. I also conducted market research on product placement, sales performance, and customer feedback, presenting findings in a comprehensive slideshow.
I also developed new campaign concepts and executed an influencer marketing program. This included pitching an Instagram recipe series using SiSú products in cocktails, dressings, and marinades, as well as building and managing an influencer outreach system—tracking responses, preparing promotional kits, and coordinating posts. The campaign drove notable engagement, increased foot traffic, and built ongoing relationships with 30+ influencers. This experience strengthened my skills in social media management, brand collaboration, campaign development, market research, and influencer relations.
Company Stickers
One of my first self-initiated projects at SiSú was designing company stickers to boost brand recognition. After pitching the idea to my director (citing the popularity of stickers in the U.S. and noting that customers at tastings often forgot our brand name despite visible signage) I was given full creative freedom. Using existing brand assets like the seedling character and SiSú logos, I developed several simple, eye-catching designs intended to be memorable and shareable. When being given the project, my director told me she wanted the brand aesthetic to move into a more natural and empowering identity to inspire health and wellness. The new brand identity hadn’t officially gone underway but she wanted me to make more assets in that aesthetic. With this creative direction, I also created mini sketchy wellness shot stickers featuring the company logo, highlighting the product we’re best known for while ensuring the brand name remained front and center. Those were the designs she loved the best.

Company Logistics Spreadsheets
I was tasked with transforming a lengthy, disorganized Excel spreadsheet of product information into a clear, user-friendly format for our business partners. The original file contained all products on a single, cluttered page, making it difficult to find key details such as product name, SKU, dimensions, and packaging quantities. I reorganized the content into separate pages for each product category (juices, shots, milks and kombucha) so stores could quickly access only the products they carry. I presented the information in a clean, visual layout and converted it into a simple, shareable PDF, ensuring it could be easily opened on any device without specialized software. This streamlined resource improved efficiency and made product details far more accessible for our partners.

Cooking with SiSú Project Proposal
One of my final projects at SiSú involved developing a comprehensive proposal for an Instagram cooking series aimed at showcasing creative, non-traditional uses of our products, such as cocktails, salad dressings, and marinades. The objective was to inspire customers, increase social media engagement, and foster a sense of community with followers sharing their own recipes with a hashtag. Although the series was not launched during my internship due to other business priorities, I delivered a fully developed concept for potential future implementation. While I created a larger project proposal, I refined the proposal after my director requested I focus on recipes requiring no cooking so we could test them in office.

Irish Life Box
One of the projects I worked on was a gift box campaign in partnership with the insurance company Irish Life. The campaign featured five distinct gift boxes, each containing a unique range of products. While the design team completed images for four of the boxes, they were delayed in delivering the fifth. To meet the deadline, I was tasked with creating the fifth box using Photoshop. I composed the image by arranging products around one of our gift boxes along with a separate visual representing the quantity of each product in lines. In addition to these images, I was tasked with designing a poster for the warehouse with the name and contents of each box. This poster detailed each gift box and its contents, ensuring clarity while incorporating the brand’s visual assets to keep the presentation both informative and on-brand.

Instagram Posts

Instagram Posts 〰️
A big part of the internship was managing the companies Instagram. I scheduled content including daily stories, posts, tasting location stories and collaborative posts with some of our many cafe partners. Along with running the instagram, I was tasked with starting an influencer program. This program was exclusive to Irish influencers only, since our products can only shipped within Ireland. We used a list of influencers that one of their partner companies had used. I did research on a few more Irish influencers and added them to the list, then I created a spreadsheet with their instagrams, if we had reached out to them before, and their response. When the influencers responded I would write down their name, addrresss, email and phone so we could get in contact and send them our product. With the box we sent them a pamphlet on our products and encouraged them to share their thoughts with their followers. The program was a huge success we got 20-30 Irish influencers to share our product with their followers, many of them were ecstatic to try the products and support an Irish owned company. Down below are a few of the posts that were scheduled, if you would like to check out more posts including collaborative video posts with their cafe partners, you can visit their instagram with the link below.

Dublin Coffee Festival
I designed an Instagram post to promote SiSú’s participation in the Dublin Coffee Festival. The post clearly communicated key event details, including the date, time, and our booth number. I was tasked with creating a post carousel with the first slide being details about the event and the following slides detailing our product range at the event. I was directed to emphasize our alternative milks since they would be a star at the event. I used a warm color palette within the company brand guide to create a warm aesthetic and used both our brand logo and the festival logo to ensure immediate visual recognition. The final design effectively combined clear information with a visually appealing layout to engage our audience and build excitement for the event.

Irish WellFest 2025
Another post I created was a carousel Instagram post to promote SiSú’s planned participation in WellFest 2025. The first slide featured key event information alongside one of our flagship products, the Daily Greens juice, while the subsequent slides showcased the broader product range we intended to bring. To reflect the event’s focus on wellness and yoga, I designed the layout to evoke a sense of zen and balance, thoughtfully positioning both logos to symbolize meditation and harmony. I selected a calming sage green and tan color palette to emphasize the natural, wellness-oriented atmosphere of the event, while complementing the signature color of our Daily Greens juice. Additionally, I designed a giveaway post announcing two complimentary tickets, incorporating both logos and clear instructions on how to enter. Although unforeseen circumstances prevented us from attending and posting the event details, this design concept effectively captured the brand’s alignment with the event’s ethos and showcased our approach to visually communicating brand messaging for wellness-focused audiences.

Miscellaneous Instagram Posts and Stories
The bulk of my internship was creating a steady stream of Instagram content (both daily Stories and standalone posts) designed to highlight products, foster engagement, and strengthen relationships with retail and café partners. My work balanced timely, reactive content with carefully planned campaigns, ensuring the brand’s presence stayed fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
Many Stories focused on product spotlights, tying them to seasonal moments or daily lifestyle cues. Examples included promoting kombucha on warm days, pairing juices with coffee for a mid-morning boost, and showcasing wellness shots as a weekend pick-me-up. I also developed a dedicated post to introduce our newest product, kombucha, which was colorful and eye catching while also communicating its benefits and where it could be purchased.
To drive audience participation, I integrated interactive Story features such as polls, emoji sliders, and shake-to-reveal posts. These tools encouraged active engagement rather than passive viewing, helping to expand reach while deepening the brand’s connection with its audience.
I also produced collaborative content with our partner cafés and retail stores, filming in-store product displays, tagging locations, and pairing our beverages with café menu items. These posts not only promoted our partners but also reinforced SiSú’s visibility in key markets.
In addition, I covered tasting events by capturing branded stands in-store, tagging the host business, and highlighting the products available at that location. Together, these varied content formats built a cohesive and visually appealing social media presence that increased awareness, strengthened community ties, and encouraged customer interaction.
